Do you ship worldwide?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be declined. Once received, your order can be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing is complete. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take 1 to 3 weeks for orders to arrive.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Are customs fees and taxes charged?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in euros, meaning you may need to pay import duties and taxes once your order arrives. Import duties, fees, and related customs charges may apply when your order reaches its final destination. These are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more information about these charges, please contact your local customs office.

What should I do if the items I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Contact us if you’ve received items that are incorrect, missing, or defective. When reaching out, please include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related references upon receiving your package. We’ll do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your account. If you haven’t received a refund for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
